Even though the bridge is higher than before, this caravan was still too tall

This particular incident happened on September 22 and was captured by a nearby camera. While the damage is bad, it could have been much worse.

As the driver of the caravan approaches the bridge, they show no signs of braking, seemingly thinking that the caravan would have no trouble getting under the bridge. While the roof of the caravan was low enough to squeeze under, the two air conditioning units sitting on top protruded too much and were destroyed in the impact.

It’s abundantly clear that the driver of the pickup wasn’t paying enough attention, as they also ran a red light just before reaching the bridge. The uploader of this video says that the driver returned to the scene and cleaned up the mess that they had left behind.
